This post sums up what I accomplished over the span of November. This month I forced myself to take some time off hat making and focus my time on other projects to further smooth out the future of this hat making venture.

Reclaim: Columbia

Reclaimed using a Columbia button-up collared shirt, get completely lost in this exceptionally steezy XXL fish camouflage, the shirt was used to make a ‘Leisure Cap’, ‘Boonie Bucket Hat’, and standard ‘5-Panel’.

The build begins with a thin cotton/polyester blend reinforced with two separate layers of interfacing to secure a sturdy and breathable fit. Using my best gauge, every hat portrays the flow of fish in stream, swimming 360 around each horizontal plane and straight laps up the vertical.
